The Avengers/Marvel movies

I'm kind of assuming Netflix is going to do a "Heroes for Hire" show. I didn't watch Iron Fist (although I heard season 2 was much better) and I haven't gotten around to watching season 2 of Luke Cage yet. I like them together though.

Can we talk about season 3 of Daredevil though?! I didn't think anything would top season 1 of Jessica Jones, but this season of Daredevil was ****ing FANTASTIC!!

Oh yeah, it was terrific. Didn't like the last scene between the good guys (leaving that vague), but the circumstances in this season were so dire that the added weight really helped.

The swerve episode was outstanding, and infuriating at the same time. I am a total mark for Bullseye, far and away my favorite Marvel character, and I loved this interpretation. A slow boil character for sure, but when he showed up at Fisk's ceremony with Julie in the passenger seat, oh man, finally, Bullseye!

I don't know. I think I need to be convinced that this movie is going to be good.

Right now the only reason I want to see it is the possible ties it will have to the next Avengers movie.

I know it's a small sample, but Brie Larson looks to be a terrible actress.

Saw this reponse from a friend in my twitter timeline , About sums it up for me
"Wow! The Captain Marvel trailer proves once again that Marvel is at the forefront of making movies I might watch on a plane in four years"

Psh! Some of you need to drink more of the Marvel Kool-Aid with me. :alky:

I don't know if I have seen Brie Larson in anything. I wanted to see Room, 'cause I liked the book, but never got around to it.

I've never been overly impressed with her acting work, but then, that was in stuff like "Scott Pilgrim Vs The World." I caught a bit of her when she was on "The Big C" on HBO or somesuch.

But she's been in stuff that I haven't watched that got some pretty good buzz. And hasn't she won an Oscar?

Anyway, it's a Marvel movie, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it enough for an opening weekend viewing. I look forward to it.

?Guardians Vol. 3? Will Not be Directed by Taika Waititi: ?Those Are James Gunn?s Films?
https://www.indiewire.com/2019/02/guardians-vol-3-not-directed-taika-waititi-james-gunn-1202041183/

?I didn?t really,? Waititi said when asked if he envisioned taking over the franchise. ?For me, those are James Gunn?s films. Going into something like that with his stamp all over his films, would be like going into someone?s house and saying, ?Hey, I?m your new dad, and this is how we make peanut butter sandwiches now. It feels kind of awkward.?

With Edgar Wright and Chris Miller joining the cause, It could happen. TW was EVERYONE's choice. With him going public like that, well...stay tuned.
