The Mess in the West

Watched the replay of goals scored in Cal/ Vegas game. It looked like the Quick of the LA Kings playing in net. He let 3 real soft goals in.

isn't Calgary three points out of a playoff spot?

Of the 4 teams competing for the final 2 spots, only Nashville has been playing well and they have games in hand.

Calgary hasn't been able to string together 3 wins in a row since early December.

Yeah, I had mixed feelings while watching that. On one hand I was happy the Knights were loosing, and lost. On the other hand, felt bad for Quick. Made me sad.

San Jose blew it against the Oilers. I'd prefer the Kings pass Vegas and face the Kraken. Seattle looks to be good but reverting to the mean somewhat. By that I guess we should all feel thankful that Seattle has only won 6 of their last 10 while Edmonton, LA, and Vegas have all won 8.

I personally would love a rematch and an opportunity for revenge against the Oilers! I know they probably are a better team than Seattle, but in the playoffs you should defeat them all sooner or later anyway! I really don't like the Oilers and the leagues obsession of McJesus, so bring them on!!!

Quick is in net tonight against the Canucks, a turn over at the blue line allows Kessel to score. It’s not the night for Quick to shine, so Canucks play like you did against the Kings and win in regulation. Canucks do not look like the same team that played the Kings. Down 2-0.

Demko not playing like the Demko of Saturday night. Down 3-1. Quick beaten on penalty shot the same shot by JT Miller that beat Korpi on Saturday night. Now 3-2 on a 4-3 pp goal by the Miller

Let's go Yotes! 4-4 with the Oilers 14:30 left

Didn't last long, too many penalties by the Yotes. 5-4 Oil.
