Actually, yes they are. That's a really good team there in Carolina. Florida is just that great at times. They were my bracket pick in the finals from day one of the playoffs. I was sure hoping for the Kings but Florida is an awesome team.

I'm not convinced anyone in South Carolina at least knows there's a pro team in NC. Kings made a way bigger splash in the papers during the cup runs what with Kopidor and Doty - I've not seen a single word of that a hockey team exists in the 3 years I've been here.

Carolina wanted Marner at the trade deadline. Marner blocked it. Now that they're sh!tting the bed vs Florida will they go harder now in the offseason to get him ... to try to get to the Cup final? Marner is going to cash in this offseason, big time.
