The new album "Twelve Hundred Times" by the Australian post rock band Laura. It's really, really, really good. Highly recommended.

Loved hearing Budgie again. It's been years. But I'm feeling a bit Nordic now.

I still think Axl is a douche, but I've been listening to both of the Use Your Illusion albums a lot lately (even before I watched the interview.) Both are great albums.
 
No need to post the pic b/c it's been posted in this thread a lot - The National, High Violet. I do not get tired of this album. It's just so ****ing great.
 


I know I have been single minded lately, but I find Axl amazing...still. They are playing at the forum on December 21, and sadly Kingsqueen cannot make it work. There are very few bands that can drag me out to watch, but G'n'R(in any form) is one of them. Hopefully, at the 11th hour we can both go and experience the DRAMA. Anyone else even remotely interested?
