Full trailer for the live-action "Fatal Frame" movie | EigaPedia

Fatal Frame is a 2014 live-action Japanese movie written and directed by Mari Asato and based on a popular survival horror video game series. The film is being produced as part of a wider multimedia project leading up to the release of the next Fatal Frame game for Wii-U.
High school student Aya Tsukimori becomes cursed and is unable to leave her school dormitory. Meanwhile, many students begin reporting ghost sightings at the school, while others go missing and are later discovered to have drowned mysteriously. Soon, Aya attempts to communicate with fellow student Michi Kazato, who begins investigating the disappearances of her friends.

Incredible game, but you can't make two hours of movie out of it.

Assassin's Creed is actually one of the very few video games they could make a decent movie out of. An inventive premise that is not too outlandish (well, the precursor stuff is a little crazy but it mostly works), great action, interweaving with historical events, fantastic villains.

It lends itself to infinite possibilities if they want to go with a completely original story, or they can use Ezio from Assassin's Creed II, one of the better games I had ever played and one of the few where I actually really cared about the story. It probably would work best if it stayed completely in the past - having someone take a seat in a dentist's chair and take a nap might come off a little hokey and only so much of a two hour movie could be devoted to Desmond or his equivalent. The dude using the Animus was never the most interesting part of the game, especially the first one when Desmond couldn't do anything and the last few with the unnamed first-person guys.

I was in at first, then i saw Sandler and James and said bummer, then i saw Dinklage with the mullet and i was back in again
