Punk...

For those that know me, know I think The Jam is greatest band in the f'ing world! I was able to watch this documentary before it was taken down on youtube. However, if you live overseas, you can watch this. It was awesome. DVD will be released in November. Enjoy!

I too am a Jam obsessive. I watched this on Palladia just this past weekend.

Hey dude,

It's showing on showtime now. I've set to record tonight. It's really an awesome doc on the lads.

Do you peeps want me to post Paul Weller vids from Friday night?

Just in case - I purchsed two tickets to see Lagwagon at the troubadour November 13th, but can no longer make it. I paid $27.50 per ticket (22 + fees). Word is they may be playing Trashed in full that night.

If anyone happens to be interested in the tickets, let me know!

22 year old me would've been stoked on this!
i'm more stoked on bouncing souls and H2O, but can't hang 3 nights in a row with bros at the palladium.

i'm going to see blake schwarzenbach of jawbreaker/jets to brazil tomorrow night. so excite.

I bought tickets for thursday and saturday. About Time is my favorite PW album, and with Good Riddance opening it was a no brainer. I also did not want to pass up seeing bouncing souls and unwritten law. But 3 nights in a row was too much for this dad. We'll see if I even make both. As much as I'd like to see H2O and a reunited 98 Mute, I put a day in between. I feel like H2O is better in a smaller venue anyway

About Time is indeed awesome! :punk:

I don't read from the same old story
I'm not cut from the same mold
Don't know who you think I should be
I'm not cut from the same mold!
:nono:

Deer Tick aren't a punk band, but this tune has some old school Ramones/Replacements written all over it.

This song will always remind me of 21 jump street. Living In Darkness is a classic. Greatness from start to finish. They even had their own board by vision. Enjoy.
